Crossroads is a confessional, missional, Lutheran Christian community. We hold the three ecumenical creeds and the Lutheran Confessions to be faithful expressions of God's truth revealed to us in the Bible. Crossroads is affiliated with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. Crossroads' ministry began in 2003 when a group of young Christians living on Chicago's North Side began meeting for Bible study and social events. It has grown since then to into a thriving ministry community -- together we worship our Lord, encourage one another, serve the people of our city, share the good news of Jesus Christ... and have a lot of fun along the way. While people from all over the Chicago metro area are part of Crossroads, most of us live in the northern neighborhoods of Chicago.

The Glenview Park Foundation formed in 1996 as a 501(c)(3) to support the park district recreation programs, services and facilities for the Glenview community. It raises funds through community partnerships and annual events including the Firecracker Classic Golf Outing and the 3 v 3 Youth Soccer Fest. The more than $2 million raised goes to build playgrounds, recast the Jackman Bear statue and build the surrounding plaza, provide community grants, and build parks and facilities. The Board is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents through recreation, leisure and open space. It is an investment in the community's future; making Glenview an even better place to live.

NUSA Fire is a select soccer team for girls ages 10-12 and is part of the Northmont Select Soccer Club located in the Englewood, Ohio area. In addition to helping the girls develop their soccer skills, the team is focused on good sportsmanship and having a good time.

The Cub Scout Pack 559. Cub Scouting means "doing." Everything in Cub Scouting is designed to have the boys doing things. Activities are used to achieve the aims of Scouting—citizenship training, character development, and personal fitness. Many of the activities happen right in the den and pack. The most important are the weekly den meetings and the monthly pack meetings.

Especially in New York, where so many tall building abound, a sure foundation is important. It is no different in our spiritual life. We need a sure foundation. We have that sure foundation in Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the sure foundation of our faith, our life, and our work at Sure Foundation Lutheran Church.
